Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order please contact us. 
Q: Is the lettering vinyl or hand painted?
A: Hand painted! We never use vinyl on any of our signs or doormats.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes! Please send us a message if you'd like to discuss a custom order.
Q: Will I get to see a proof before you make my sign?
A: Yes! Any sign or doormat with customization will receive a proof for approval before we begin painting.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: On the top of our home page we have a current turnaround time (subject to change). If you are needing your order by a certain date, please message before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
Q:  Where do you ship to and how?
A: We ship to Canada and the United States with Canada Post.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of getting it shipped?
A: Yes! Please let us prior to ordering if you will be picking up your order so we can waive the shipping fees.  If you are ordering through our website, use the code LOCAL to void the shipping cost.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can order directly through our website, or messaging us directly.
Q: Do you keep stock?
A: Because our signs and doormats are made to order we generally do not keep a lot of stock on hand unless we are gearing up or coming back from a market, or we are working on a new collection.
Q: Is everything done by you?
A: Yes! We do everything in our workshop from designing, cutting boards and frames, sanding, staining, painting background & lettering, packaging, and shipping.  We love being involved in every step of the process from start to the finished product.
